Continuity in the implementation of permanent spatial interventions<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We already know the answer to the question of why some places succeed in developing professionally, efficiently and effectively. Yet successful examples of this are not very common, and many places are falling behind in terms of lifestyles and ways of thinking. In recent years, Kr\u0161ko has experienced qualitative changes in its urban layout, which have characterised the urban environment with innovative, playful and contemporary interventions. It is a continuity of the implementation of permanent interventions, indicating that the process is led by a coordinated and cohesive team of diverse individuals with a shared vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The driving force behind the changes are the architects who are part of the association known as Prostor vmes (\u201cthe Space In-between\u201d), who are well aware that making their ideas a reality requires a lot of communication, networking, perseverance and persuasion. But without the understanding and support of individuals at the Kr\u0161ko municipality, who are open to improving public spaces and have been able to listen to local architects, even such good ideas could not have been implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prostor vmes is a group of architects and a landscape architect from Kr\u0161ko, who believe that the best solutions are created through dialogue: “Our desire is to improve the environment, to show what can be made of space and how it can be used in different ways. Because of the diversity of our work, we are in contact with almost all departments at the Municipality of Kr\u0161ko. The first contact was with the Mayor’s Office, later with the Public Procurement and EU Funding Department, the Department of Economic Activities, Economic Infrastructure and Social Activities. There are certainly key individuals in each department who recognised the value and potential of our work from the outset, and those who now see new opportunities for collaboration following successful implementations. They trust us to bring a task to completion, and if any concerns arise we of course take them into account, analyse and resolve them in a sensible and reasoned way.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
